What is the average shipping time?

Shipping times vary greatly depending on location, although you can expect the print to arrive between 2-4 weeks of ordering. Email updates will be given notifying you of when to expect arrival of the print.

What do you recommend for care and handling of prints?

Metal prints: Should be cleaned with a soft cloth or towel (i.e. micro fiber cloth). Although it should be avoided, you may use water or window cleaner to remove finger prints or dust. Refrain from using ammonia, abrasives, or corrosive chemicals. Avoid cleaning over the signature although if you must, apply light pressure with a dry microfiber in order to leave the signature unaffected. Prints should be displayed out of direct sunlight, fading may occur after extended exposure to direct sunlight.

Paper prints: Ideally, paper prints should never be cleaned and instead should be preserved under glass (framed).

What lighting is recommended for displaying a print?

Prints will appear best when displayed with lighting. I recommend using either halogen, white incandescent, full-spectrum LED, or other artificial light with a good color rendering index (CRI). 90 or higher CRI is ideal. Indirect natural light also can provide good light but is variable. Direct sunlight should not be used for lighting prints.

What Print Materials and Sizes Do You Offer?

I offer a variety of print materials and sizes. As far as material, metal and paper prints are available. These materials both come in 8 x 12 in, 12 x 18 in, 16 x 24 in, 20 x 30 in, and 24 x 36 in sizes. For metal prints, an additional float hanger mount is available. Paper prints have the option of arriving framed and matted.

What is included with your fine art print?

Metal prints have optional float hangers included for an additional $8. Paper prints may come framed and matted for an additional cost.

You can expect to find a personal letter and story behind the photo alongside your print.

What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 45 days of shipment with proof of shipping damage. Returns will only be accepted if the print is damaged during shipment.
